JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the design and construction of a new manufacturing facility in Latvia.
• Represent the company in meetings with regulatory authorities and clients;
• Organise and manage partner selection tenders;
• Actively participate in contract negotiations, conclude agreements, and oversee contract administration;
• Coordinate design partners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely project execution;
• Prepare and manage the project budget and time schedule;
• Participate in the planning, organisation, and supervision of construction works and installation of technological equipment on site;
• Represent the company as the project owner during construction, explore alternative solutions, and ensure quality control of ongoing works;
• Assess and manage project risks.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

• Higher education in engineering (construction, civil engineering, or similar);
• Proven experience in real estate development and industrial construction projects in Latvia;
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, legal regulations, and permitting in Latvia;
• Fluency in English, and Russian (both written and spoken, minimum B2 level);
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and time management skills;
• Willingness to work on-site in Latvia during construction phase;
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects for industrial facilities or special structures valued over €10M.
