YOUR JOB FUNCTIONS WILL INCLUDE

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s business in Vietnam and Cambodia.
Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with new clients, distributors, and key accounts in the region.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring long-term cooperation and high service standards.
Visit clients, lead negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and conclude sales agreements.
Monitor customer payments and ensure timely settlements.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in Vietnam and Cambodia, and report insights to management.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings in the region.
Cooperate closely with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Fluent in Vietnamese.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in international sales, business development, or export markets (experience in Vietnam/Cambodia is a strong advantage).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional targets.
Excellent computer skills, including Power BI for reporting and analysis ( MS Office, sales reporting tools).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally.
